Return and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
You may cancel your order anytime before receiving an order confirmation. After confirmation, orders are processed and cannot be canceled. Orders placed from Friday 5PM EST through Monday 9AM EST are processed over the weekend and are not eligible for cancellation.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most products, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and include all components. Parts must not be installed, disassembled, or damaged. Labor or installation costs will not be reimbursed.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please repackage it and contact us immediately. Refuse damaged packages when possible or contact the shipping carrier if delivered in your absence.
Non-Returnable Items Include:
- Opened service manuals or CD-ROMs
- Special-order or custom-made items
- Painted or modified parts
- Batteries with acid filled
- Electrical items once opened or plugged in
Return Procedure
To return a product, request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by:
- Filing the online return form, or
- Calling our Returns Desk at +1307 225 3284
Information Required:
- Order or PO number
- Full name and contact info
- Part number(s) to return
- Reason for return
Our support team may follow up for additional details. If you contact us after hours, please leave your name, order number, phone number, and best time to call back.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped. Package securely to avoid damage. Follow any special instructions provided.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 24–48 business hours after warehouse receipt and inspection. Credit will be applied to the original payment method. Refunds to cards may take 1–7 business days to appear in your account.
Core Returns
Some parts include a refundable core deposit. To receive your refund, return the core part in reusable condition with your receipt within 60 days. Call our Returns Desk to get an RMA and instructions. Customers cover the cost of return shipping. Fluids must be drained, and the core must match the part purchased.
