Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping Times:
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Freight orders may take 7–12 days. No weekend or holiday delivery available.
Tracking:
Tracking info is sent by email within 1–3 business days. Contact us if you haven’t received it after 5 days.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days with a valid RMA number. Contact support for return authorization before shipping items back.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened electrical items, installed parts, or incomplete kits cannot be returned. Manuals are non-returnable if opened.
Wrong/Damaged Items:
Report any damage or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery. Refuse damaged shipments when possible.
International Shipping:
We ship only within the Continental U.S. No PO Boxes, forwarding services, or international addresses.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
Orders are processed quickly and cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued within 14 days after approved returns are received. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
